The manufacturing of sheet metal cabinets requires a complete production system and processes to ensure that every customer requirement can be fulfilled.

Haian can manufacture custom outdoor LED displays. We have P10, P8, P6.6, P5, P4, and P2.5 LED modules available.
Of course, we can also manufacture customized indoor LED displays, as that is much easier to do.

These LED modules are suitable for custom LED displays because they are front service. Combined with sheet metal iron or aluminum cabinets, they can be used to create perfect solutions for customers.
Front service LED modules act as an open platform, allowing customers and manufacturers to collaboratively design and manufacture various types of cabinets to fit them.

By eliminating the space-consuming maintenance access, the cabinet becomes simpler, more efficient, easier to install, assemble, and maintain.

The location of fixing points and reinforcement methods—welding or bending, welding or riveting—are among many details that can be discussed.

In addition to standard front service LED modules such as P10, P8, P6.6, and P5, we have independently developed two small pixel pitches outdoor front service LED modules: P4 and P2.5.

However, not all manufacturers are capable of making customized LED displays. At least two basic capabilities are required:

First, proficient CAD drawing skills.

Second, the availability of front service LED modules.

Both conditions are indispensable; without either, a perfect customized LED display cannot be produced.

CAD drawing skills ensure that manufacturers can design and manufacture various types of sheet metal iron and aluminum cabinets.
When a customer makes a request, the manufacturer can design and complete the production.

Front service LED modules eliminate the maintenance access at the back of the cabinet, allowing components such as power supplies and receiver cards to be directly fixed to the back of the cabinet. Installation, assembly, and maintenance are all handled from the front.

These two fundamental capabilities are lacking in 90% of manufacturers.
