It all began on an ordinary workday in 2015. A customer asked Ken Lu, the founder of Haian, "I want a P3.9 outdoor double-sided screen, what do you have?"

"It can be done with the 250x250mm front service LED modules."

"Yes, but it requires a 2.0mm Allen wrench, which is prone to deformation or even breakage."

"Front open cabinet?"

"Too ugly."

"How about installing two screens back-to-back?"

"Also ugly. And that's not a true double-sided screen."

Solving this problem was the initial motivation of Haian's founding. Today, Haian has solved this problem perfectly and also used this as a foundation to build a comprehensive product and quality system. Many years have passed, but our goal of solving customer problems has never changed, and our products have always stood with the customers' needs.

Haian understands that customers won't pay for a romantic story. Only products and quality can win the approval. As competition in the LED display market intensifies, we have come to realize more deeply that our products must be able to address customer needs, and this always be the foundation of our survival and the source of our competitiveness.
