When customers have vans and trucks, smaller cases fit in vans, offering more flexibility and ease of use. Larger cases require truck transport, which is more costly and harder to manage for customers. Some site loading platforms are too small for trucks to access, so in some locations, customers can only use outdoor LED posters that fit in vans.

Foldable outdoor LED posters are popular because customers can fit 6x units inside a single van, referring to a 640mm wide x 1800mm high screen. We can also provide 960mm wide x 1800mm high screens, which require a larger road case; however, they can still be transported by van instead of truck.

A rental company sends outdoor LED poster out every week, set it up, leave it there for 1-3 days, then pack it away and bring it back to the warehouse. Therefore, the size of the road case is crucial.
