Front Service LED Displays

Front service LED displays make everything more flexible.

It’s not simply about accessing LED modules and other components from the front. It can reduce maintenance time by approximately 90% and improve installation convenience by approximately 90%. It can also replace front open cabinet, making double-sided display possible.

No space is needed for maintenance access, front service LED displays allow for more sophisticated cabinet designs for special projects.

Haian has developed two front service solutions for its outdoor LED displays.

We can use an Allen wrench to rotate the gears to lock or unlock the LED modules. Rotating 160 degrees clockwise locks the LED module, and rotating 160 degrees counterclockwise unlocks it.

This solution is great for outdoor front service LED displays with a pixel pitch of 5mm or more, such as P5, P6.6, P8, and P10.

This is a stable mechanical structure.

However, when the pixel pitch is less than 5mm, the situation changes.

Front service LED display P10, P8, and P6.6 use a 3mm wrench, and P5 uses a 2.5mm wrench, they are good to go.

When pixel pitch is 3.9mm or 4mm, a 2mm wrench is used, and it’s easy to bend.

When pixel pitch is 2.9mm, a 1.5mm wrench is used, and it’s easy to break.

Therefore, our magnetic solution is perfect for outdoor front service LED displays with a pixel pitch of less than 4mm.
